The time slot you reserve is the time we will begin setting up your selected package. Please note that this should not be the same time as your event. Our team requires access to the venue a couple of hours before your scheduled event to complete the setup. We recommend that you review the set-up time for each service tier and that you plan accordingly. Additionally, any add-ons may require extra time for our team to complete the setup.
