
Booking Policy
Advance Booking: All services must be booked at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability of items included in the selected package.
Full Payment Required: To secure your booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. This payment will secure your reservation.
Financial Policies
Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept credit/debit cards for payment. Other forms of payment, including Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, etc., are not accepted.
Additional Charges: We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred by guests at hotels, Airbnbs, or other short-term rentals, such as parking fees, room charges, or venue policies.
Service Location Policy
Service Areas: Services are available only within Chicago city limits.
Location Requirements: We only provide services at hotels, Airbnbs, or other short-term rentals. No services are provided at private residences or non-eligible venues.
Client Check-In & Access: Clients must be checked into the hotel, Airbnb, or other short-term rental and provide us with access to the property on the day of the service. Clients are encouraged to add us to the guest list and are responsible for ensuring the property allows us to set up the decor.
Service Details
Balloon Options: A set number of color options are available for balloon décor. Clients may select up to three color options. Custom requests beyond the set number of options may incur additional charges. Please view our packages for more details.
Set-Up Time & Add-Ons: The time required for setup may vary based on the selected service tier. Add-ons like a decorated bathtub may increase the setup time needed. The time of your reservation is the time that we will begin setting up – this should not be the time of your event. Please plan accordingly.
Client Presence During Setup: Clients are not allowed in the room during setup. This is to ensures our team can safely complete the work without interruption or delay.
Takedown Service: We do not provide a takedown service for any decorations. It is the client’s responsibility to handle post-service cleanup.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your service, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Clients who cancel within 48 hours of their reservation are eligible for a 50% refund. Clients that do not cancel within the 48-hour window are not eligible for a refund.
Transfer Policy: You may transfer your booking to another date, but the service cannot be transferred to another individual. The new date will be subject to availability.
